Serves 6-8 people


1 lb backfin crabmeat

1 cup mayonnaise

1 scallion, chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

2 Tbsp lime juice

2 tsp salt

¼ cup corn

¼ cup black beans, canned, rinsed and drained

1 Tbsp hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together except crab and check seasoning for salt, pepper and hot sauce. Fold in crabmeat. Serve warm or chilled with Abuelita or Nana’s Cocina tortilla chips
